Panchapakesan Ramanarayanan (Vocal)

Ram had his initial lessons in Carnatic vocal music from Smt Vatsala Sampath and later from Valliyur Shri R. Gurumurthy. Subsequently, Ram came under the tutelage of Lalgudi Shri G. Jayaraman. While in the United States, Ram has learnt from Shri Lalgudi Krishnan, Smt Lalgudi Vijayalakshmi and Smt. Suguna Purushottaman during their visits here and from Shri Lalgudi Jayaraman's students: Shri Srikanth Chary, Smt. Hamsa Raghuvir, and Smt Vidya Subramanian.

Ram is very grateful to the cultural company that he has had in the United States, which has greatly helped him develop his talent. He currently learns from Shri T.N. Bala. Ram works at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California.

Nagaraj Mandya (Violin)

Nagaraj started his music education more than 10 years ago at the Vijaya College of Music, Bangalore, India. He continued his advanced music education under Sangeetha Kalarathna Prof.H.V.Krishnamurthy, Principal of the Vijaya College of Music and his son, Ganakalashree Sri.H.K.Venkatram.

Nagaraj is currently furthering his musical interests with the bay area's leading musician Smt.Asha Ramesh. Nagaraj has accompanied many accomplished artistes both in India and in the USA and has played at many prestigious sabhas.

Alongwith his guru, Sri.H.K.Venkatram, Nagaraj has developed multi-media presentations on the "Life and Times of Sri Muthuswami Dikshithar", "Panchabhutha krithis of Sri Muthuswami Dikshithar" and "Navagraha krithis of Sri Muthuswami Dikshithar". He has also co-authored a multi-media CD on Saint Thyagaraja's Pancharathna krithis.

Shriram Brahmanandam (Mridangam)

Shriram Brahmanandam had his initial training from Shri Harihara Sharma and Shri C.V. Kuppuswamy. He had his advanced training from the great Guru, Shri Kumbakonam Rajappa Iyer. He hails from a family of great musicians. His mother Lalgudi Srimathi is a violinist of international acclaim. His fine musical instincts are imbibed from a great family lineage and from the traditions of his Guru parampara.

He had his debut when he was twelve years old, and since then he has played in innumerable concerts in India, and toured countries like USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. He has performed in most of the major venues throughout India. He has also teamed up with many senior musicians including, his uncle, Shri Lalgudi G. Jayaraman, shri K.J Yesudas, Shri N. Ramani, Shri. T.K Govinda Rao, Shri. T.N. Krishnan to name a few.

Shriram has given presentations and lecture-demonstrations in many venues and musical institutions. He has also performed in major multinational music festivals in several countries and colloborated with artists from various countries representing other musical systems.
