Sri Niranjan Krishna (Vocal)
Sri Niranjan Krishna started learning Carnatic Music at the age of 8. He started his initial lessons from his mother, Smt Chandra, received formal training under Smt Poomagal Devanathan and continued his lessons from Prof.K.Sivaramakrishnan, a senior vidwan and renowned teacher from Coimbatore, for about 12 years. He has been continuing his advanced lessons from Sri.N.Vijay Siva since 2012. He has the blessing to continue providing vocal accompaniment to his guru, Sri.N.Vijay Siva at various sabhas in Chennai and USA . He also had the opportunity to learn Hindustani music from Padmasri Hariharan and his guru Pandit Akbar Khan for 1 year. He is pursuing his passion in the Bay Area and is thankful for all the opportunities.
Chi. Kaushik Hariharan (Vocal Support)
Kaushik has been learning vocal carnatic music for over fifteen years. He began his Carnatic music journey under the guidance of Vidushi Smt Jayanthi Umesh. He also received advanced training from Vidushi Smt Lakshmi Balasubramanya. He has been continuing his advanced lessons from Vidwan Sri Niranjan Krishna since 2021. In addition to singing, Kaushik also enjoys playing the Mridangam and the Western Classical piano. He is currently working in the bay area.
Chi. Keshavan Srivatsan (Violin)
Keshavan Narayanan Srivatsan Is A Carnatic Vocalist And Violinist, Belonging To The Legendary Ariyakudi Ramanuja Iyengar & Palghat K.V. Narayanaswamy Lineage. He Has Been Training In Vocal Music Under His Parents Smt. Subhapriya K. Srivatsan And Hemmige Sri V. Srivatsan Since A Very Young Age And Continues To Train On The Violin With His Father. Keshavan Has Also Been Blessed To Learn From Vidushi Smt. Padma Narayanaswamy (His Parama-guru-pathni) And Vidushi Smt. Jayalakshmi Santhanam. He has a master's degree from the University of Southern California, LA in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science and is currently working in the bay area.
Chi. Pranav Tirumalai (Mridangam)
Pranav Tirumalai began his musical journey at the age of 6 under the able guidance of Sri. Ravindra Bharathy Sridharan. For the past 10 years, Pranav has had the fortune of learning the art of mridangam from Kalaimamani Trichur C. Narendran, a Vidwan who has accompanied stalwarts of Carnatic music for more than 5 decades. Pranav is blessed to belong to the illustrious musical lineage of Padma Shri Palghat Raghu and Sangita Kalanidhi Palghat Mani Iyer. He has had the opportunity to accompany several artists from the Bay Area and abroad. Pranav is a recent graduate from UC Davis with a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering.
