Pramati Barath (Vocal)

Pramati Barath has been learning vocal for 10 years from her gurus Sri Hari Devanath and Sri Vivek Sundararaman of Sri Paduka Academy. She has been performing as a vocalist in the Bay Area and has won several competitions including Clevland Thyagaraja. She is a rising Junior at Saint Francis High School, Mountain View.


Aparna Thyagarajan (Violin)

Aparna Thyagarajan hails from a family of musicians belonging to the lineage of Flute Maestro Brahmashri Sarabha Sastrigal and started learning Carnatic vocal and violin at a very young age with her mother Smt. Rama Thyagarajan, a renowned Bay Area music teacher. She is currently under the tutelage of her uncle and guru Vidwan Delhi Sri P. SunderRajan, and has been learning vocal and violin from her guru for 15 years. Aparna has been performing as a vocalist, violin accompanist, soloist and as a part of a violin duet with her brother Vignesh Thyagarajan. She has performed all over the USA as part of various festivals and India, where she has performed for various reputed sabhas in Chennai. Aparna has had the privilege of playing alongside her guru Vidwan Delhi Sri. P. Sunderrajan in violin trios and ensembles. Aparna had her solo violin arangetram in the year of 2019 accompanied by Vidwan Neyveli Sri R. Narayanan on the mridangam and Vidwan Adambakkam Sri K. Sankar on the ghatam.


Pranav Tirumalai (Mridangam)

Pranav Tirumalai is a disciple of “Mrdanga kalA shirOmaNi” Sri. Trichur C. Narendran, one of the prime and early disciples of the legendary Mrdangam Maestro Padma Shri Palghat R. Raghu. Pranav started his initial training at a very young age under the able guidance of Sri. Ravindra Bharathy Sridharan, founder of Nadhopasana Academy of fine arts. He also had the blessing of learning vocal carnatic training under Sri.C. R. Vaidhyanathan, a disciple of Padma Bhushan Sri. P.S.Narayana Swamy. Pranav had the privilege of accompanying eminent BayArea artists and music schools. Pranav is a Freshman at U.C. Davis pursuing Biomedical Engineering.

Roopa Rajagopalan (Vocal)

Roopa Rajagopalan is a vocal and violin disciple of Smt. Lavanya Kothandaraman. She is 12 years old and is a rising eighth grader at Cupertino Middle School in Sunnyvale, CA.

In the recent past, Roopa learned to knit wool hats from YouTube videos and made a few hats for a local community group that makes wool hats and scarves for the homeless using donated yarn. She also enthusiastically painted almost all the interior walls of her home over the span of a few weeks.


Ranjana Rajagopalan (Violin)

Ranjana Rajagopalan is a vocal and violin disciple of Smt. Lavanya Kothandaraman. She has also had the opportunity to learn from Violinist Vidwan Sri. R. K. Shriramkumar on multiple occasions. Ranjana was one of the two violin accompanists for the 2.5 hour concert recital of the Sustaining Sampradaya concert in 2019 at Cleveland Aradhana. She is 15 years old and is a rising Junior at Fremont High School in Sunnyvale, CA.

Besides music, the sisters like to entertain their little brother, work on craft and painting projects with their mother, watch NBA games with their father, discuss novels and bake goodies.

Sachin Venkat (Mridangam)

Sachin Venkat is a rising tenth grader at Pioneer High school in San Jose, CA. He is currently learning from Vidwan Sri K. V. Gopalakrishnan. He loves to read, play ping pong, tennis and hang out with friends.

Adithi Tirumalai (Vocal)

Adithi Tirumalai has been learning carnatic vocal music under the tutelage of Smt. Subhapriya Srivatsan who underwent extensive training under eminent musicians such as her father, Divyanamasankeertanam exponent Thiruvaiyaru Sri. S. R. Krishnan, Sangeetha Kalanidhi Professor S. Ramanathan, Sangitha Kalanidhi Sri. KV Narayanaswamy, Vairamangalam Sri Lakshminarayanan and Smt. Jayalakshmi Santhanam.

Adithi is also blessed to be under the guidance of Vidwan Sri. Hemmige V. Srivatsan who is a leading exponent of the Ariyakudi Ramanuja Iyengar and KV Narayanaswamy vocal tradition. In addition to vocal music, Adithi learns veena from Vidwan Sri. Mahidhar Thirumala.

Adithi recently completed her undergraduate degree from UCLA and is currently working in BayArea.


Keshavan Srivatsan (Violin)

Keshavan Narayanan Srivatsan is a Carnatic vocalist and violinist, belonging to the Legendary Ariyakudi Ramanuja Iyengar & Palghat K.V. Narayanaswamy Lineage. He is an accomplished vocalist and a concert artist, who has been training in vocal music under his parents Smt. Subhapriya K. Srivatsan and Hemmige Sri V. Srivatsan since a very young age and on the violin under his father. Keshavan has also had the rare privilege of learning with illustrious musicians such as Vidushi Smt. Padma Narayanaswamy, his Parama-guru-pathni, and Vidushi Smt. Jayalakshmi Santhanam. Keshavan is an undergraduate student @ USC, studying Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
