Niyati Sriram (Vocal)

Niyati Sriram has been learning Carnatic vocal for the past 8 years and is currently a student of Smt. Chithra Sathish of the Mambalam Sisters duo. She has performed at various events in the Bay Area and also in India during Markazhi Music Festival seasons. Niyati enjoys the creative process of manodharma, especially the kalpana swarams, and is always looking for the next song to learn. A rising sophomore at Fremont High School in Sunnyvale, Niyati also learns Bharathanatyam under the guidance of Smt. Meena Logan of Pushpanjali Dance Academy. Niyati believes that her Carnatic music training enhances her understanding of dance as well.

Sanjna Arvind (Violin)

Sanjna Arvind learns the violin from her father, Sri Arvind Lakshmikanthan, who is a student of Lalgudi Smt. Srimathi Brahmanandam. Sanjna performs in music events in the Bay Area and has also performed in the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana festival. She performs as a soloist as well as an accompanist. Sanjna just graduated from Lynbrook High School and will be a freshman at Case Western Reserve University in the fall.

Amit Ranganathan (Mrudangam)

Amit Ranganathan is a disciple of Sri. Ravindra Bharathi Sridharan. Amit has been accompanying

musicians and students of various Bay Area music schools and has played under the auspices of several organizations. He has also participated in Chennai December season and NCYCAC in North Carolina. Amit has won many awards at the Cleveland Thyagaraja Aradhana Festival Competition including first place in the senior mridangam category. In addition to learning mridangam, Amit has learnt Carnatic vocal music from Smt. Jayashree Varadarajan. Amit, a graduate of Cupertino high school and Chinmaya Mission San Jose, will be attending San Jose State College.

Geeta Shankar (Vocal)

Geeta Shankar, a Sophomore at Irvington High School, CA started learning Carnatic Vocal Music at the young age of 4. Geeta has been under the guidance of Guru. Shri. Neyveli R. Santhanagopalan since 2010. She is the recipient of Carnatic Idol – Junior title 2011, All State Honor Choir 2014, Indian Raga Fellow 2014, Carnatic Idol - Senior title 2014. Geeta has regularly participated in Cleveland Aradhana and won awards in various categories in vocal, veena and harikatha.

Geeta has performed a number of concerts in US since she was 9 years and in India during December Music Season 2013.

She is also a vainika and has had her guidance under the most renowned Guru, Sri. Srikanth Chary.

Krishna Parthasarathy (Violin)

Krishna Parthasarathy began learning violin at the age of 13 from Smt. Shanthi Narayan of the Bay Area. He soon thereafter began his vocal training in Carnatic music from Sri. P.V. Natarajan, father of Sri. Raji Gopalakrishnan. Over the years, he has had the good fortune of receiving training from eminent musicians such as Sri Mullaivasal G. Chandramouli, Sri Hemmige V. Srivatsan, Sri Neyveli R. Santhanagopalan, and Smt. Padma Narayanaswami. Currently, he learning Carnatic vocal music from Padma Bhushan Sri K.J. Yesudas and Hindustani violin from Sri. Jagan Ramamoorthy.

Gopal Ravindhran (Mrudangam)

Gopal Ravindhran started learning mridangam at the young age of 6 years and has been under the tutelage of Shri Ravindra Bharathy Sridharan until starting college in the East Coast. When visiting India he is under the tutelage of vidwan Sri Neyveli Narayan.

Gopal has won many prizes in competitions conducted in Bay Area, Chicago and Cleveland. In 2009 he had his Mrudangam Arangetram accompanying Sri Delhi P. Sunderrajan on vocal,Sri Vittal Ramamurthy on Violin and Sri A. Mahadhevan on Morsing.

He has accompanied several leading artists across US and also performs regularly in Chennai during the December music festival.

In December 2014, Gopal was conferred the title of "Laya Kala Ratna" by the prestigious BKS Trust founded by Shri Issai Mazhalai Ramjhi.

Gopal is a Sophomore enrolled in the BS/MD program at New Jersey Institute of Science and Technology- New Jersey.
